Clifton Park Baseball's main fields are located at Clifton Common off Vischer Ferry Road. To get to the fields from the Northway (I-87), take exit 9 (Route 146). Take Route 146 west for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left on Vischer Ferry Road and go approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left to enter Clifton Common. You will pass the soccer fields, hockey rink and playground before getting to the baseball fields, which are on the right hand side of the access road/parking lot. View Larger Map Some age groups (ages 5 and 6) also play games on fields near the senior center and hockey rink at Clifton Common. Please click here for a map of our Senior Center fields. Our 6 and 7 year old players play some games at Veterans' Park located of MacElroy Road. To get to Veterans' Park from Clifton Common, exit Clifton Common and turn right. Follow Vischer Ferry Road straight for approximately 3.5 miles (becomes Route 146A). Turn right on MacElroy Road. Go straight for approximately 0.7 miles. Turn left into entrance for Veteran's Park. Take first left and follow to the fields. A map of Veterans' Park is shown below.
